Loving Kindness Meditation
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Sachetan attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
MBSR is an eight-week immersion course into mindful meditation. Founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Sachetanlife was founded to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in the community. Whether you are embarking on the mindful journey or an experienced mediator, Sachetanlife provides a friendly environment to do so.
